Scooby-Doo and his pals are back in Scooby-Doo! 13 Spooky Tales: Surfs Up Scooby-Doo! – which collects 13 beach and surf related Scooby adventures in a two-disc set. Some parents my see the release as just another collection, but the kids will love it. It features a good running-time for its cost, and will entertain Scooby fans.
The collection features a brand-new 22-minute cartoon, Scooby-Doo! and the Beach Beastie, and several cartoons from Scooby-Doo, Where Are You, Scooby’s All-Stars, Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo, and more.
The all-new “Scooby-Doo! and the Beach Beastie” is the main reason to pick up the set and features Scooby icon Frank Welker providing the voice of both Scooby-Doo and Fred. The voice cast also features Mindy Cohn, Grey Griffin, Matthew Lillard and the legendary Adam West.
The plot sees Scooby, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma on a much-needed vacation in Florida. Naturally there happens to be a weird water creature causes trouble in paradise and stealing precious jewels. Luckily, the Scooby and the gang is up to the task of solving the case.

My daughter loves Scooby-Doo and was thrilled when this collection arrived. For parents, the collection is more of the same Scooby style stories, but the kids won’t mind. The animation is great, and the gags are all there. No matter how many times you watch the same episodes, Scooby-Doo is simply fun.
