Japanese culture is fascinating to almost every single person on this planet.
The Japanese are unbelievably smart, heartwarming and innovators in just about anything they do.
Kikagaku Moyo, Japan’s up and coming rock band is no different. Their newest single “Silver Owl” is a throwback journey to the 70’s combining elements of krautrock, classic Indian, and traditional folk music.
“The inspiration for this song came from my experience in dreams – like lucid dreams where I can create another me, and be totally free from everything and flying around the sky” explains the band’s drummer Go Kurosawa.
Along with the new single, the band has also announced that they will be releasing their new album, House In The Tall Grass on May 13 via Guruguru Brain.
The album is a delicate experience that is both euphoric and philosophical that has an easy going ambiance about it.
