The champion of festival season is upon us. Coachella Music and Arts festival in Indio, Calif. is the festival that kicks off the millennials’ favorite time of the year. Coachella jam packs hundreds of artists into three long days this year on April 15-17 and April 22-24, and is filled with pretty much every genre and style of music. With headliners ranging from old school to new school, a myriad of art and flower headbands, it’s the weekend that people of all ages can let loose, enjoy the sun and music and eat some big ol’ slices of watermelon.
If you’re going this year, remember to drink lots and lots of water, wear sunscreen, eat, and most importantly see as many bands as physically possible. I have compiled a small list of bands that I believe to be the top ten acts to definitely make room for in your schedule this year. (In no particular order).
Passes go on sale tomorrow at 11 AM (PST) on Coachella’s website (may the odds be ever in your favor).
