Buddy Bell has been talking about Chelsea Roark all season long on My Big Fat Fabulous Life.
He met her when he was newly sober and had been fixating on their relationship as he worked through his demons.
Chelsea lives outside of Chicago, one of the stops Whitney and Todd Beasley visited on the Big Girl Dance Class tour last summer.
Buddy Bell tagged along for the ride, and while they were in town she and Whitney finally got to meet.
Who is Chelsea Roark?
Chelsea was Buddy’s girlfriend. It looks like the two may have split, as he is no longer sharing photos of her and she has seemingly disappeared off of social media — although this hasn’t been confirmed.
She lives in Illinois, something that was heavily discussed on the most recent episode of My Big Fat Fabulous Life.
Chelsea is from a little town west of Chicago called La Salle. Buddy still has a few Instagram posts live of Chelsea and her little girl, which confirmed the town she was residing in.
It was clear on the show that Chelsea was very serious about Buddy. The two had discussed marriage and moving to Greensboro, North Carolina, which is his hometown and where My Big Fat Fabulous Life is filmed.
As far as Chelsea Roark’s personal life goes, not too much is publicly known. Without her social media being active, it is hard to tell what she has been up to since she was on the show.
There wasn’t anything big and dramatic that happened when Buddy Bell stopped posting photos of her on social media, leaving plenty of mystery surrounding their relationship.
Are Chelsea and Buddy still together?
At this point, it is unclear whether Buddy Bell and Chelsea Roark are still together. It looks like they may have split sometime after My Big Fat Fabulous Life finished filming as she is no longer featuring on his Instagram, and her account has been deactivated.
Some viewers speculated that the disappearance of their relationship was for ratings because there was a lot of emphasis on Whitney Thore and Buddy Bell kissing this season on My Big Fabulous Life. It doesn’t seem like that is the case, though, especially with him being so active on social media.
The next episode of My Big Fat Fabulous Life features Chelsea Roark and Buddy Bell looking for apartments in Greensboro.
She had an interview down there and ended up riding in the RV back with Whitney Thore, Buddy, and Todd Beasley. So even if they are no longer together, viewers will see more of their relationship play out on the show.
