Back in December, Luann de Lesseps was arrested in Florida. She was reportedly heavily intoxicated. After a few days, the reality star checked herself into a rehab program to try and get a hold of her drinking.
Currently, The Real Housewives of New York City is airing the footage shot from when Luann de Lesseps returned home from rehab. Things appeared to be going well for her, but she was still thrown into situations where alcohol was present and where Tom D’Agostino still gets talked about.
The Real Housewives of New York City reunion is being taped today, but it was revealed that Luann de Lesseps will not take part in filming. She will be the only one absent at the reunion this season, which focused heavily on her downward spiral after the divorce from Tom D’Agostino.
Yesterday, Bethenny Frankel confirmed to People that Luann de Lesseps will miss the reunion because she checked herself back into rehab. Bethenny is reportedly the only one allowed to speak on her behalf, something that is being taken very seriously.
It is unclear how long Luann de Lesseps will be back in rehab, but right now it is being called the “healthiest choice” for The Real Housewives of New York City star.
