Married at First Sight couple Jaclyn Schwartzberg and Ryan Buckley continue to struggle with the death of her boyfriend on tonight’s episode — as our exclusive clip reveals.

The footage shows Ryan helping Jaclyn pack for their move into a new apartment following their honeymoon. But when she looks through old belongings stored in her garage, she is reminded of her painful past.

Both she and Ryan are left struggling emotionally, with old wounds opening for her while he is left unsure of how to move forward. He tells producers in an interview: “I’m here to back her up and help her as much as I can, but I’m confused you know — I don’t really know how to perceive this whole thing going on. These are the skeletons from her past that are coming at her.”

In the garage, Ryan says of the boxes: “These have been down here for a year and a half, right? Haven’t gone through them?”

Jaclyn, who lost her boyfriend around year and a half before she went on the show, shakes her head, and replies: “It’s just hard to see it.”

Ryan asks her: “Is that something that you want to kind of keep buried, or that you are trying to talk about and get closure?” He adds in an interview: “Seeing Jaclyn upset, it was kind of hard for me.”

In a separate previously-released trailer, the pair are shown later having a difficult conversation, with Ryan telling Jaclyn: “It does look like you’re still having feelings.” She is then heard saying: “I don’t know if I can do this.”

Ryan tells producers: “It’s kind of like stressful because I risked everything for love, now I’m questioning if she’s even ready for another relationship.”
