Catfish: The TV Show is back tonight on MTV with a brand new episode. Tonight, viewers will follow Chelsea’s journey to find out the real identity of Charles.
The preview doesn’t say how long the two have been talking, but Chelsea has tried to get Charles on the phone. When Nev Schulman and Max Joseph go to talk to her, she reveals that she did receive a phone call from him once.
However, Chelsea revealed that Charles hung up rather quickly. When she revealed that he was just so busy to call back, Nev couldn’t understand why he couldn’t ever call back.
Of course, there are other red flags in regard to Charles. Apparently, he’s a horrible communicator and his behavior is downright suspicious.
When Nev and Max try to reach out to him, he supposedly responds back using a brand new Instagram profile. In the preview for the episode, Nev reveals that he has written to him using a burner profile, a profile that he has just created to communicate with the hosts.
Charles' lack of communication and suspicious behavior has raised a red flag for Chelsea. Could he possibly be a #Catfish? Find out tomorrow! 9/8c on @MTV! pic.twitter.com/ekFBs4ZKbN

Given how little Charles has talked to Chelsea over the phone and how many red flags he has sent her throughout their time together, it’s interesting that he reaches out to the Catfish: The TV Show team via a burner Instagram profile.
As Max and Nev often guess, it sounds like he could be hiding something big. It’s possible he could be lying about who he is, but it’s also possible he’s lying about being a guy, lying about being single, or keeping a brand new secret that has yet to be used on Catfish: The TV Show.
Catfish: The TV Show airs on Wednesdays at 9/8c on MTV.
