On tonight’s episode of Catfish: The TV Show, Nev Schulman, and Nick Young will meet a young woman named Shelia, who is convinced she’s talking to none other than Rich Dollaz.

She tells the guys that her heart skipped a beat the first time she saw him but she seems to have her doubts that it’s really him. Of course, Nev and Nick would probably have their suspicions too, given he’s a famous reality star on VH1 and a hip-hop promoter in New York.

But it seems that everything is pointing to Rich himself.

During the episode when Nev and Nick are doing their investigation, Schulman opens up about how he was catfished by someone who tricked him. She was a nice person, who wanted to help him with his social media. Schulman hired her and quickly realized that she was using his own Twitter to meet guys online.

Nev suspects that someone could be doing this with Rich Dollaz. He’s hinting that an assistant or someone close to Rich could be using his popularity to meet girls and pretending to him. In another clip for tonight’s episode, Nev explains that this is the most convincing catfish he has ever seen. It seems like this could actually be Rich Dollaz.

There are a few reasons why this could actually be him. This isn’t the first time that a suspected catfish turned out to be real. And it isn’t the first time that Nev has dealt with a celebrity situation.

Remember the Katy Perry episode? Of course, we won’t know the answer until tonight, but there’s a big chance that it could be him.

Another hint is that the meeting appears to take place in New York. In the clip for the episode, they are standing with a large skyline in the background, which does look like New York, as they are about to come face-to-face with the person she’s been chatting with. Dollaz lives in the New York area.

Rich Dollaz is the CEO and founder of Dollaz Unlimited. He works as a promoter and manager in New York, helping up-and-coming hip-hop artists.

He’s filmed Love and Hip Hop for VH1 for years, and his flirtatious ways have been well documented on the reality show. He’s also appeared on Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood, and Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta.

The question is whether Rich Dollaz would be talking to someone online. With his busy lifestyle and hectic promoting schedule, why not?

Catfish: The TV Show airs Wednesday at 9/8c on MTV.
