Catfish: Trolls is a brand new show that will air on MTV on Wednesday nights. The show is a spin-off from the original Catfish: The TV Show, which focuses on getting people together, who have been talking online and getting involved romantically.
There seemed to be a growing issue on Catfish: The TV Show that wasn’t being fully addressed and that’s where Catfish: Trolls comes in.
While some people were indeed falling in love, others were simply using and manipulating others to get them to send money. Now, it appears that the creators of Catfish are tackling a brand new issue: online bullying. This new spin-off show will give fans a brand new look into the world of online friendships, relationships, and trolls.
Fans will also get two brand new hosts, Charlamagne Tha God and social media entrepreneur Raymond Braun. These two will help track down people who are bullying others online and making them feel bad about themselves.
Imagine confronting your internet trolls and putting an end to their pettiness! ? Watch it all unfold after an all new #Catfish this Wednesday, at 10/9c on @MTV! #CatfishTrolls pic.twitter.com/xg5HPCUgn3

On Catfish: The TV Show, Nev Schulman and Max Joseph have talked to people about bullying and being mean because they simply can’t understand why someone would say some of the things they do. They lie about their feelings, use people for money, and make them think they are loved.
On this new spin-off, the new hosts may try to talk to these bullies to understand why they feel the need to be so mean to other people.
MTV has revealed that this spin-off show is a limited series that will only be on MTV for a few weeks. But this show does talk about something important and by listening to these stories, it’s possible that they could save some lives. Stick around after Catfish tonight to see this brand new show.
Catfish: Trolls airs on Wednesdays at 10/9c on MTV.
