Tonight its time to rev those engines as Discovery has Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings back, and Team NOLA and Team OKC are head-to-head in a heated match up.

Our exclusive clip shows a strategy pow-wow with NOLA’s Lizzy Musi and her team and also Robin Roberts discussing how he’s going to beat her in the face-off.

Discussing what car she will use, Lizzy said: “First round, I drew Robin Roberts. I’m a little worried because we’re down on power because of the altitude. But I love racing fast guys, and Robin is super fast. I really want to take Ryan out first round because the extended his points lead at the last race. I really need him to stop earning points, so I have a chance to move in first place.”

In a separate shot, Robin said: “She’s gonna turn it up. She knows we’re fast. So let’s make her earn it too. I’ve always wanted to race Lizzie first round. I don’t why, but part of it is she seems to struggle early, and part of it is I always want to race the fastest person I think out here. We like the top; she likes the top, we’re gonna boost up, bump in and wait.”

He adds: “Our strategy’s gonna be we’re gonna roll in the lights, take the beams, whatever she does she does. We’re gonna do our thing and make her chase us.”

The racers are set to battle thin air and an aggressive points race at the altitude challenging mile-high Bandimere Speedway in Colorado. The Rocky Mountain air proves to be a significant issue for Ryan and the other turbo racers. Still, Kye, Lizzy, and other nitrous users are ready to capitalize on the situation.

This season on Street Outlaws, the reformed NOLA team is taking a stand against OKC and Texas. In tonight’s episode, it is NOLA versus OKC. Years ago, NOLA leader Kye Kelly pulled together the best drivers in the country for Street Outlaws: New Orleans.

Sadly there were some significant disagreements which then tore the team apart. Now that Kelly’s got the band back together, he’s hitting the track in The Shocker, which is a nitrous-powered 1984 Chevrolet Camaro which has been retooled to tear up season three.

And NOLA queen Lizzy Musi and her rig dubbed The Aftershock is a force not to be reckoned with and can beat the best of them. Her 2012 Chevrolet Camaro is also a nitrous-boosted terror on four wheels that leaves turbo cars sitting in her dust.
Other NOLA members include Barry Nicholson, who drives The Godfather 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. Bobby Ducote, aka “Lil Legend,” who has completely upgraded his 1991 Pontiac Firebird.

Jerry Bird

Jerry Bird brought his 1990 Ford Probe to the track, and he promises a tune that’ll “make a statement” this year.

Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor drives a 1997 Pontiac Firebird called “Track Doe.” The name was inspired by his street racing car — a 1992 Cutlass called dubbed “John Doe.” Track Doe has been completely redone with a high-powered HEMI engine.
