The good news is that there have been no rumors or reports about DeVitto leaving Chicago Med. That makes it highly unlikely that Natalie is going to die in the next episode.
It would be particularly cruel to viewers, after she just missed her wedding day in the fall finale. While anything can happen on a show like this, like when actress Rachel DiPillo and her character of Dr. Reese just vanished, Chicago Med viewers can most likely expect Natalie to survive.
