The Law & Order SVU cast is joined by George Newbern, Eddie Hargitay, and Alexandra Breckenridge during a new episode of the show. One of those last names may seem very familiar to long-time fans of the NBC hit show.
There are a lot of guest stars in what looks to be a really dramatic episode of the show. Star Mariska Hargitay (Benson) also has credit as a director for this one.
This makes it no surprise that Eddie Hargitay gets a shot at guest-starring as a member of the Law & Order SVU cast. After all, Eddie and Mariska are cousins.

Season 20 Episode 9: Mea Culpa
According to NBC, Stone (Philip Winchester) takes his own case to trial when a woman from his past accuses him of sexual assault. Stone also asks Benson to investigate the encounter, for which he claims he is entirely innocent.
In the video below, which is a sneak peek from the new episode, Stone tries to explain to Fin (Ice-T) what he remembers from the night in question. It allows Ice-T to stretch his acting abilities a bit, but it also sets the stage for some very tense moments in the episode.
So what really happened during that night from 12 years ago? Is Stone telling the truth about not remembering most of the night?
Tune in to find out the truth behind the accusations and how it could shape the future of the show.
Mariska Hargitay, Ice T, Kelli Giddish, and Peter Scanavino star on the episode, with guest stars George Newbern (Dr. Al Pollack), Eddie Hargitay (Eddie Montero), and Alexandra Breckenridge (Sarah Kent) appearing as well.
Law & Order SVU airs Thursday nights at 10/9c on NBC.
