Brittany indicates that she still wants to see her ex and when asked what Marcelino would think, she says she would ask him.

It appears the two are still together in real time. Both have been active on Instagram and there have been no rumblings about Brittany finding herself in trouble at all. In fact, it looks like the two have been spending time with her son, something that was incredibly important to her.
