Noemi Gonzalez plays Suzette Quintanilla in Netflix’s upcoming biographical series Selena, that follows the life of the Tejano music superstar Selena Quintanilla, who was killed in March 1995.
Here is what we know about actress Noemi Gonzalez.
Who is Noemi Gonzalez?
Noemi Gonzalez is a Mexican-American actress from Desert Hot Springs, California. She was born in 1992.
She attended Desert Hot Springs High School and graduated in 2010 with a degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
She started her acting career in 2011 when she appeared as Fernanda in the short film Talker. Noemi Gonzalez is best known for playing Evette Arista in the horror film Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones (2014) and Maria in The Vatican Tapes (2015).
Her TV credits include the role of Soli Gomez on Hulu’s East Los High (2013-2017) and Olivia on Fox’s Gang Related (2014). She also played Leticia Covarrubias on Fox’s police procedural drama Rosewood (2016) and Mia Rosales on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless (2018-2019). She played Molly on Netflix’s Dark/Web (2019).
Another newbie is exactly what the show does NOT need. It’s no intended slight to the actors, but timing is everything. To bring in an entire new family so quickly while other vets are pushed out and major ships have been ruined, is not going to improve ratings. #FireMal #YR
