Every season of 90 Day Fiance has its villain, and it appears that Rob Warne could be a strong Season 10 contender.
American native Rob and his British fiancee, Sophia Sierra, are sharing their international love story this season on 90 Day Fiance.
While Rob is used to an underprivileged lifestyle growing up on the outskirts of L.A., Sophie is quite the opposite.
The London native grew up in a more posh environment and has become accustomed to the finer things in life — like a bathroom in her dwelling, which we quickly learned Rob’s apartment lacks.
When Sophie arrived in the U.S., things started on the wrong foot, beginning with an argument over the elevator that got stuck, which she believed Rob broke.
From there, the couple argued about Rob’s apartment frequently.
Sophie pushed for them to move into a more accommodating space after realizing she would soon grow tired of walking outside and across the terrace whenever she needed to use the bathroom.
On top of that, Sophie pressed Rob about his flirtatious exchange with another woman online, pushing him over the edge.
Although their story is just getting started this season, 90 Day Fiance viewers already have a lot to say about Rob and Sophie’s interactions, and they aren’t happy with the way Rob is treating Sophie.
90 Day Fiance viewers think Rob’s attitude needs improvement
Some 90 Day Fiance viewers on X (formerly Twitter) expressed their dismay, calling out Rob for his behavior.
Along with a clip from this week’s episode, one of Rob’s critics wrote, “I hate watching a young beautiful girl being tied down by a broke man who thinks she’s being spoiled because her standards are above not having an outhouse.”
“You’re not down to Earth. You’re not providing like you should be,” they added, taking aim at Rob.
Another one of Rob’s disparagers accused him of gaslighting Sophie and said he made her feel “like wanting a bathroom in her house is an obnoxious request.”
“The way he speaks to her is wild,” they added.
One disgruntled 90 Day Fiance fan felt that despite being good-looking, Rob’s behavior could use a good tune-up.
“Rob might be physically attractive but his attitude is hot garbage,” they said of his conduct toward Sophie. “Not feeling this dude at all.”
“Rob really tried to paint her as a stuck up rich girl when sis just wants the basics. Like indoor plumbing. But nope, that’s bougie,” voiced another one of Rob’s detractors.
Sophie accused Rob of infidelity, but he didn’t consider his online exchange cheating
Rob and Sophie’s discussion about his past online infidelity sparked red flags for Sophie.
She wanted to discuss it in more detail before her 90 days were up on her K-1 visa to make sure she could clear her mind about it before going through with tying the knot.
In his estimation, Rob didn’t cheat — he simply responded to somebody “while laying in bed at home one day in the middle of us not seeing each other for seven months.”
These two certainly have a lot to work through if they’re ever going to make it down the aisle in time before Sophie’s K-1 visa expires.
In the meantime, we’ll watch it all play out this season on 90 Day Fiance.
