Below Deck Med Season 4 is nearly upon us, and there’s already plenty of juicy info out there about what’s to come when the hit Bravo show returns.
Caution, if you’d rather go into the new season for 2019 blind then stop here, because we’ll be revealing details about the cast and crew.
Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4 air date: When does show premiere?
No official announcement has yet been made about the Below Deck Med Season 4 premiere date, but we will update this article as soon as it is. Until then, it is possible to estimate when the most likely return date will be.
As a rule, Below Deck Mediterranean always returns in May. Season 1 premiered back on May 3, 2016, Season 2 on May 2, 2017, and Season 3 on May 15, 2017. The show also always airs on Tuesday nights.
As the first of the month in 2019 is a Wednesday, that means the most likely Below Deck Med Season 4 premiere date is either Tuesday, May 7, or Tuesday May 14. It’s also a possibility that the show could return on April 30.
Below Deck Med Season 4 location
The new season sees the crew set sail in the south of France, a vacation hotspot for the rich and famous.
The region is home to a string of illustrious seaside resorts including Cannes and Antibes, and we’ll likely also get a glimpse of that most elite of elite locations — Monaco, which lies landlocked along the coast and is famous for its superyachts and the many billionaires and millionaires who live there and frequent it.
Below Deck Med Season 4 crew: Which crew will be returning?
A full list of crew for Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4 hasn’t been released yet, but Bravo has announced which crew members from the past will be returning.
Viewers will be pleased to know that fan favorites Sandy Yawn and Hannah Ferrier will both be back on board, with Sandy once again serving as Captain and Hannah as Chief Stew.
They will also be joined by two other crew members from last season — the hunky João Franco and Colin Macy-O’Toole. That suggests the other crew members from last season won’t be returning.
Fun fact (or not if you have the hots for him): João has moved on from his Brooke Laughton/Kasey Cohen love triangle from last season, and has a new woman in his life, Michelle Dicu, who he describes as the “girl of my dreams”.
Who is his new flame? Little is known about her at the moment or how they met, but he regularly links her in his Instagram pics and her LinkedIn profile reveals she’s a dental hygienist.
What’s to come in Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4?

In another tweet she wrote: “I’m excited too! The French Riviera is magical!”
Meanwhile, Colin Macy-O’Toole also seems excited, writing: “Back on the high seas! South of France! Leggooooo!”
Joao wrote on Instagram: “if you thought last season was packed full of all the goodies reality tv offers-??.”
