Former Bachelorette stars Clare Crawley and Dale Moss have reportedly become engaged again.
Six months after they broke off their engagement, which occurred in a rapid manner during Season 16 of The Bachelorette, it appears that Clare and Dale have reconfirmed their love for one another.
Clare and Dale had one of the quickest engagements in Bachelorette history. Just four episodes into beginning her search for love as the show’s lead, she fell hard and fast for the handsome ex-football star. He cemented their feelings with a ring and she accepted, causing her to leave the series and make room for Tayshia Adams to find love.
Their relationship appeared rock solid in late 2020.
Unexpectedly, it was announced by Dale that the couple had decided to call off their engagement in January of this year.
“I wanted to share with you all that Clare and I have decided to go our separate ways,” he said in an Instagram post. “We appreciate the love and support we’ve received from so many people, but this is the healthiest decision for both of us at this time. We strongly believe in leading with love and always remaining true to oneself – something our families have taught and instilled in us throughout our lives. We only hope the best things for one another.”
Clare is wearing Dale’s ring but they’re taking it slow
Bachelor Nation has noticed for the past several months that Clare has been wearing a diamond ring on the fourth finger of her left hand. She has not commented on it and neither has Dale.
A source close to the blonde beauty told E! News the following details about the couple’s renewed love affair.
“They are engaged again, but a second proposal did not happen,” the source said.
“Clare has been wearing her ring for months and put it back on once Dale stepped up and they decided to give their relationship another shot.”
“It’s more of a promise and commitment from Dale and there’s no wedding planning at this time,” the source continued. “They had a conversation over a month ago about their future and decided that they wanted to be engaged again…They aren’t rushing anything and aren’t even living together permanently yet.”

Clare spoke of the dramatic turns her life had taken over the past year.
“This exact day/time last year I was packing my car and heading out solo to Palm Springs,” Clare said in the caption of a photo.
“What a difference a year makes!” she exclaimed in remarks which accompanied an image of her and Dale leaning into one another in the photograph.
Dale responded in a loving manner to her post.
In response, Dale penned a loving remark in honor of his fiancée.
“Almost a year ago today I was able to hold you in my arms for the first time,” he wrote.
The Bachelorette airs Mondays at 8/7c on ABC.
