Clayton Echard gets a lot of weird DMs after his time on the show, but the series of audio messages of several users passing gas may be the weirdest one yet.
The Bachelor took to Instagram to share the shocking moment that three girls took “turns farting into the phone” in order to send to Clayton.
Clayton didn’t appear to take the prank too seriously as he hearted one of the messages, but jokingly asked fans to hold him after receiving the unique DM.
Clayton Echard received series of fart clips by Instagram DM
The former Bachelor was greeted with a passionate message by what appeared to be three different women when he opened his Instagram DMs. They opened the conversation with a strong message, claiming that Clayton had “disappointed” them.
“In a world of many firsts, this was a DM where at least 3 girls that I could count each took their turns farting into the phone and sending it to me,” Clayton captioned a screenshot of six audio clips from the same account. “I have officially seen and heard it all and am greatly disturbed [laughing emoji].”
He followed the first story up with a second video clip sharing the sound of several of the messages. The senders could hardly contain their delight as they cackled between each noise.
“It hurts to laugh,” one struggled to get out while laughing along with her friends.
Clayton himself jumped in on the joke as he posted it to his story and wrote, “I want y’all to experience this so I’m not alone. Someone hold me and tell me it’ll all be ok [laughing emojis, crying emoji].”
Clayton Echard and Susie Evans received mixed reception after The Bachelor
As for who will “hold” Clayton, girlfriend Susie Evans has not yet responded to the memorable messages. However, both Clayton and Susie have been good sports about the mixed responses they’ve gotten since the show.
The pair have not been shy about posting their antics to social media and exposing the varied messages sent to their DMs by fans or haters.
Clayton even responded to Venmo requests made by unhappy viewers during the show.
Despite his rocky journey on The Bachelor, Clayton has been moving on as he talked about career change plans after the show and settling down with Susie in Virginia Beach.
The reality TV star kept the identity of the DM senders a secret, so fans will have to wait and see if the controversial fans offer a follow-up or response to his Instagram story.
The Bachelor is currently on hiatus.
