In the past, Tami Roman joked about Evelyn “sleeping her way through three players associations,” referencing her relationships with players in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. But her latest revelation about Evelyn’s romantic connections is even more shocking than that!
It turns out that something apparently occurred between Evelyn Lozada and Shaunie O’Neal’s ex-boyfriend, Marlon Yates, and not her ex-husband, Shaquille O’Neal.
It’s not clear yet how it all went down, but evidently it’s claimed Evelyn slept with Marlon. That reveal is happening on the upcoming episode of Basketball Wives.
Tami Roman is the one who outs Evelyn Lozada’s “big secret” on the VH1 hit. We’ve seen a couple of Basketball Wives sneak peaks now that allude to this.
Apparently, Tami has been holding on to Evelyn’s secret for well over a year now and that also will be revealed during the big showdown with Shaunie.
Considering how upset everyone looks in the promo, it’s safe to say that Shaunie will have a bigger beef with Evelyn — but will she forgive Tami for waiting to tell her?
There have been some rumblings among Basketball Wives fans that maybe this is why Evelyn was talked into rejoining Basketball Wives in the first place. After Season 6, there was speculation that Evelyn wouldn’t be back but here she is, and now Shaunie and Tami are about to put her on blast again.
Last season, Evelyn dealt with major drama with Tami after they revisited Evelyn’s admission that she slept with Tami’s ex, Kenny Anderson.
However, it really wasn’t that serious because Tami and Kenny were separated at the time and ultimately they divorced. It’s not like Evelyn intentionally went after a happily married man, but instead she dated a man who was separated and on the path to divorce.
