Geoffrey Paschel’s ex-girlfriend Mary Wallace, who appeared on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, was removed from the courtroom yesterday during the sentencing in his domestic violence case — for disruption.
Mary was initially sat on the opposite side of the front row bench from Geoffrey Paschel’s 90 Day Fiance partner Varya Malina during the hearing, but was said to have become a nuisance to the court and was reprimanded by being kicked out altogether.
Her removal happened about halfway through the proceedings so she was not in attendance to hear Geoffrey’s statement to the judge or the judge’s very poignant reactions to Geoffrey’s behavior before he ruled to sentence him to 18 years in prison without the possibility of parole.

After a short break in the sentencing hearing, it was clear that the bench behind Geoffrey was short one person and that was Mary.
During Geoffrey Paschel’s sentencing stream on YouTube, an announcement was issued by Court TV that read, “COURT INSIDER: Mary Wallace, the defendant’s ex-girlfriend is being reprimanded by one of the courtroom deputies for talking to Paschel during testimony. She has been removed.”
The announcement was also verbally repeated on the live cast on the Court TV website.
Mary later confirmed she had been kicked out of the courtroom — and said it was because she had blown Geoffrey a kiss.
She said in an Instagram live, “I’m going to address this one time and one time only. Yes, I did get kicked out of the courtroom because… I blew Geoffrey a kiss.
“Then the bailiff came over and said that he didn’t want anyone speaking to Geoffrey or any of that, so no one was to speak to him,” she added.
“They kept making him turn around, he wasn’t even allowed to look at us. So, that’s pretty much what happened.”
“I didn’t want anyone saying that it was because I dislike Varya, or Varya and I are not on good terms. It had nothing to do with that. It had everything to do with me trying to talk with Geoffrey.”
Mary was previously in attendance during Geoffrey’s trial and shed tears after his guilty verdict — on charges of aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault and interference with an emergency call — was read out.

On 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, after Varya turned down Geoffrey’s proposal in Russia, he flew home a single man and wasted no time starting up romantically with his long-time friend Mary.
When Varya arrived unannounced in Tenessee to get Geoffrey back she was greeted at the door by Mary who clearly had the markings of a relationship with Geoffrey going on.
The pair had a nasty exchange of words that Geoffrey lightly tried to stop before Mary stormed out of his house and Varya entered.
