Hannah Brown was last year’s Bachelorette and her journey ended in heartbreak.
Even though she was convinced that she had found love with Jed Wyatt, it would later be revealed that he had kept a relationship secret from her.
He had supposedly arranged to meet up with a girl after the show ended, so he could continue the romance he had started with her.
Jed had also made claims that he wanted to go on The Bachelorette to promote his music career.
The romance between Jed and Hannah ended on The Bachelorette: After The Final Rose, where she told him she could no longer move on with him.
Hannah B is doing her own thing
Then, both of them showed up to Hannah G and Dylan Barbour’s engagement party last month. And that’s when the two of them came face to face.
However, they were cordial with one another.
“Everybody was having a good time — it was fun. Her and Jed, they were all fine. Everybody was fine,” Demi Burnett told ET Online at the Bachelor: Live on Stage after-party last week. She was also at the party.
“I think Hannah’s doing everything she needs to be doing and she’s figuring it out. Her life has been so busy for so long and so now she’s getting to reconvene with all her friends,” she added. “Everybody can coexist and she’s mature about it and I really respect that.”
After The Bachelorette, Hannah revealed that she wasn’t sure about Jed when she picked him. She struggled as to whether to pick Tyler Cameron over him.
Since filming the show last year, Jed has stayed out of the spotlight.
Since being on The Bachelorette, Jed has also moved on. His girlfriend, Ellen Decker, was also at the party.
Hannah B turned down The Bachelorette over money issues
Yesterday, Clare Crawley was announced as the next bachelorette. Many had thought that Hannah B would return as a possible contestant, as her first attempt ended in heartbreak.
As it turns out, Hannah B may have been approached by producers, as it was revealed yesterday that Hannah had supposedly turned down the offer to return. The reason was reportedly linked to money, as she didn’t think she was getting paid enough.
Instead, she opted for the Dancing with the Stars live tour, which hits the road when filming begins for The Bachelorette.
The Bachelor airs Mondays at 8/7c on ABC.
