The Duggars may no longer be a part of the reality TV realm, but they remain popular among fans and critics who still follow their lives through social media.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have 19 kids, plus Tyler Hutchins, who was adopted by the family when Michelle’s niece could no longer care for him.

Many adult children are now married and building their own families. Michelle was still welcoming children for a while as her eldest son, Josh Duggar, and his wife, Anna, were also expecting. In fact, Josie Duggar is just a few months younger than her niece, Mackynzie Duggar.

Things have changed within the family dynamics, and while not all of the children and grandchildren return to the Duggar family home for holidays, their clan is still growing exponentially.

Jana Duggar remains the only unmarried daughter of adult age, and Jason, James, and Jackson are the three sons of adult age who remain unmarried.

And with that, Justin Duggar and Claire Spivey are the only married couple who do not have children and have yet to announce a pregnancy.

Which Duggar children have added to the number of Duggar grandchildren?

Josh and Anna Duggar were the first couple to marry and welcome children, making Jim Bob and Michelle grandparents for the first time. Together, they share seven children — Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, Mason, Maryella, and Madyson.

Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard were the second couple to tie the knot. She was the first Duggar daughter to get married, which was a big deal as far as the television show went. Together they share three boys — Israel, Samuel, and Frederick (Freddy).

Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald were the third couple to get married. Together they share four little ones — Spurgeon, Henry, Ivy Jane, and Fern.

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo were the fourth couple to get married, but they didn’t welcome children right away. However, after six years of marriage, they share two daughters, Felicity and Evangeline.

Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth were the fifth couple to marry. Together they share three little ones — Gideon, Evelyn, and one more baby boy due in May 2023.

Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell were the sixth couple to get married. Together they share three confirmed children — Garrett, Addison, and Brooklyn, with another baby speculated to have been born earlier this year.

Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson were the seventh couple to tie the knot among the Duggar siblings. The couple welcomed their daughter, Bella, with the Duggar baby boom in 2019. Since then, they have also welcomed another child, though that birth was unannounced.

John David and Abbie Grace Burnett were the eighth couple to get married. They share a daughter, Gracie, and a newborn baby boy named Charlie.

Justin Duggar and Claire Spivey were the ninth couple married. They currently do not have children and have not made a pregnancy announcement yet.

Jedidiah Duggar and Katelyn Nakatsu were the 10th couple married. They welcomed their first baby, a little boy named Truett, earlier this year. They are expecting their second child and will have a baby girl.

Jeremiah Duggar and Hannah Wissmann are the 11th couple to tie the knot. They announced their pregnancy earlier this year and were due to welcome a baby girl in early 2023. However, Jer and Hannah welcomed their baby girl on Christmas Day.

This means Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have 28 grandchildren, with two more coming in 2023.

Which Duggar grandchildren are due in 2023?

Both Katelyn Nakatsu and Joy-Anna Duggar are currently expecting babies. They are the only two family members who have confirmed their pregnancies publicly.

However, Jim Bob Duggar told Joy-Anna that her little one would be grandbaby number 30, which means there are two little ones unaccounted for in the family. One may be the speculated baby Kendra Caldwell and Joseph Duggar didn’t announce, and the other is likely Lauren Swanson and Josiah Duggar’s baby girl, Daisy.

At this point, they are only a few grandchildren away from doubling their actual children count.

Why don’t you believe in birth control because having all those babies cost arm and a leg
