Former Big Brother houseguest Kevin Schlehuber just posted a cancer update to social media to let fans know how he is doing.
And the news from Kevin is as good as it gets in his situation, with a caption that begins with Kevin stating, “LIFE IS GOOD.”
Kevin has been dealing with a lot of health issues recently, and it had a lot of Big Brother fans worried about him. Now, though, he has some great news to share with his fans and followers.
“It’s been 30 LONG months 4 surgeries, depression, anxiety, but today I met with my DR & I don’t have 2 go back for 2 YEARS!” Kevin shared following his note about life being good and several emojis.
Kevin Schlehuber shares his great news online
“I THANK GOD, FAMILY, Drs, @CBSBigBrother FAMILY & all of U,THANK YOU ALL, & I PRAY 4 ANYONE WHO HAS 2 DEAL WITH CANCER,” Kevin continued with his message.
He finished it all off by writing, “#BLESSED.”
That wasn’t all that Kevin shared. In the image that he posted with his long message, Kevin is holding a note from his doctor that reads, “You Are Now Cancer Free!”
Kevin has already received quite a few well-wishes from other Twitter users, and we believe that trend will continue as the day rolls on. It’s really great news that his health has improved and, hopefully, we can hear his thoughts on the Big Brother 23 cast this summer.
Below is a fun video that one fan put together that features Kevin’s funniest moments as a member of the Big Brother 19 cast. BB19 was played in the summer of 2017 and Kevin finished in fourth place behind winner Josh Martinez, runner-up Paul Abrahamian, and third-place finisher Christmas Abbott.
Big Brother 23 to air in summer 2021
A new season of Big Brother debuts on July 7. We are going to get to enjoy a brand new group of houseguests playing the game this summer, and it should be a lot of fun getting to know these new people.
The names of the BB23 cast should be released soon, giving fans plenty of time to digest the information before the big season premiere. We can’t wait to see how CBS and the show’s producers have done with the new casting policies.
It looks like there will be no Big Brother studio audience this summer, though, as the producers try to make sure that the BB23 cast and host Julie Chen Moonves stay safe. The show is always better with a live audience, but we understand why the production team wants to be as safe as possible right now.
Big Brother also has a new logo for this season, which is the first of many instances where we are going to get to see new beginnings with the BB23 cast. Yes, that last sentence was a heavy-handed hint about what will take place this summer with a theme centered on breathing new life into the franchise.
Big Brother returns July 7 at 8/7c on CBS.
