Lisa Vanderpump made her return to social media with a lovely, smiling selfie. Unfortunately, not all followers were seemingly thrilled to see her face back on their timelines.
With the tumultuous ride of Vanderpump Rules Season 10, all eyes have remained on Lisa and her former staff. From Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney’s divorce to Tom Sandoval and Rachel “Raquel” Leviss’ controversial affair, there has been plenty to keep up on when it comes to the cast.
Lisa caught some flack following the reunion of Season 10 as many viewers felt she was being biased towards Tom’s affair, which ruined his relationship with then-girlfriend of nearly a decade, Ariana Madix.
As previously reported by Monsters and Critics, some went so far as to call out the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star for acting like his “bodyguard.”
Though it may have rubbed some the wrong way, Lisa has always stepped in and stepped up for her Vanderpump Rules castmates.
However, in her recent social media post, Lisa came to her own defense when a user slyly shaded the SUR boss and hinted at possible plastic surgery.

On her Instagram, Lisa shared a stunning selfie wearing a navy blue top. She smiled for the camera with a gorgeous neutral makeup look and her brunette locks flowing perfectly down her shoulders.
In the post’s caption, Lisa noted her absence and shared some good faith for the world.
“Helloooo I am back… been working away, sending love to you all and praying for humanity.🙏🏼,” she wrote.
While many took to the post’s comment section to share their love for Lisa, one follower used the selfie as an opportunity to throw some shade in Lisa’s direction — which ended up being a mistake.
“New face!! Looks good ❤️,” the cheeky user wrote.
It didn’t take long for Lisa to respond and put the snappy commenter in their place.
“There’s no new face don’t be so nasty,” Lisa clapped back. “I have just finished filming five months straight then took off few days last week in Cannes ..”
Though it remains unclear what Lisa was up to while filming recently, it seems that plastic surgery certainly wasn’t on the menu.
What can viewers expect for Vanderpump Rules Season 11?
Although there’s been no official word on whether or not Bravo will renew the series for another season, Lisa has given her two cents on what viewers can expect.
Reeling from the ongoing effects of Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ affair, it is likely Bravo will pick it up once again at least to give viewers some closure following the disaster of last season’s scandals.
But it won’t be easy, according to the restauranteur. In fact, the fractured cast makes dynamics tricky.
While attending the White House Correspondents Dinner back in May, Lisa spoke about the possibility and noted, “Right now, it’s a mess. I don’t know if we can sort it out.”
In addition to Lisa’s comments, Lala Kent also opened up about the broken relationships amongst the Pump Rules cast and noted all the drama made their lives “difficult.”
Time will tell if the cast can pull it together enough to give viewers and fans a successful season.
Vanderpump Rules is currently on hiatus.
