Rob Warne is rethinking his decision to publicize his love story with Sophia Sierra.
The couple joined Season 10 of 90 Day Fiance, and viewers are currently watching their storyline play out on TLC.
Although we’re only three episodes into this season of 90 Day Fiance, we’ve learned a lot about the cracks in Rob and Sophie’s romantic relationship.
From the get-go, 90 Day Fiance viewers have had doubts about Rob and Sophie’s ability to make their relationship last.
Sophie hasn’t been upfront with Rob about being bisexual, for starters. Then, she repeatedly expressed her dislike of Rob’s apartment since it doesn’t have a bathroom inside.
Sophie also accused Rob of online cheating when he responded to another woman on social media during their time apart — something he didn’t consider infidelity.
Then, Rob accused Sophie of having “spoiled rich girl tendencies.”
Only three episodes in, we’re curious to see what else could possibly go wrong between these two, and we’re starting to doubt whether Rob and Sophie are compatible.
It seems that Rob has thought similarly, based on a recent message he shared in his Instagram Story.
The L.A. native sent out a message to his 21,300 followers, beginning with some applause for Sophie’s tenacity.
Rob Warne shows appreciation for Sophie Sierra and expresses regret for filming 90 Day Fiance
“[Sophie] is a trooper for putting up with my s**t,” Rob wrote, seemingly after rethinking his behavior toward Sophie this season.
The reality TV newbie added that filming his and Sophie’s love story for TLC audiences to watch play out might not have been the best decision, but he’s using it as a learning opportunity.
“Filming at that time in my life was probably a mistake but now I can learn from it all,” Rob shared.
90 Day Fiance viewers aren’t happy with Rob’s attitude
While Rob contemplates his decision to share his love life on national television and deals with the consequences of not being able to undo it, 90 Day Fiance viewers are taking aim at his behavior.
As Monsters and Critics previously reported, 90 Day Fiance fans called out Rob for the way he’s treated Sophie so far this season.
His critics accused him of “tying down” Sophie, not “providing” for her the way she deserves, speaking down to her, and painting her as a “stuck-up rich girl.”
One 90 Day Fiance viewer summed it up when they described his attitude as “hot garbage.”
There’s still plenty more to learn about Rob and Sophie’s international love affair, so we’ll see whether that means Rob will gain more fans or more enemies as the season goes on.
Season 10 of 90 Day Fiance airs on Sundays at 8/7c on TLC.
