Sarah Jessen has returned with a breast cancer update and it’s not a good one for the 90 Day Fiance ex-wife.
Previously, Sarah revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this month, telling fans that she learned of her diagnosis early because she had her annual mammogram.
That led to Sarah having to have surgery, one which her husband Sean Naso has even said went well.
Now, the 90 Day Fiance cast member has given an update on the situation and it looks like Sarah’s breast cancer isn’t as innocuous as previously believed.
Sarah gives a new breast cancer update
In a captionless message shared to Instagram, Sarah told her followers, “Your thoughts and prayers have kept me grounded and afloat during this Breast Cancer journey. The stories I have received from those who have been down this road are inspiring and keep me hopeful!”
She continued, “My family cannot begin to express our appreciation. The lumpectomy pathology indicates that the cancer is no longer contained is now an invasive form. I will have another surgery next Thursday to have lymph node removal.”
“Treatment will be determined based on the findings of that surgery,” Sarah told her fans. “Keep the prayers coming please. Not just for me but also prayers of gratitude for the amazing support system I have.”
Sarah finished her update with a plea for women to get their Mammograms as she doesn’t want to see others go through this and worse.

It’s not often that the ex-wife and the current wife can be friends but that’s exactly what happened with Sarah Jessen and Juliana Custodio. As 90 Day Fiance Season 7 aired, we saw that these two quickly became friends and now, they are very close, with Juliana even calling Sarah her best friend.
And as Sarah battles breast cancer, Juliana has continued to be there by her side along with her husband, Michael Jessen.

It’s no secret that Sarah and Michael’s families all get along great and are a big blended family themselves. That plus all of the 90 Day Fiance fans who have stepped up to offer support has proven to help boost Sarah up as she fights this battle.
90 Day Fiance is expected to return in the fall of 2020 on TLC.
