It’s officially been one year since Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile became an engaged couple.
Serena and Joe met, fell in love, and got engaged on Bachelor in Paradise Season 7.
The BIP couple has remained engaged and recently shared affectionate posts to commemorate a year of being together.
Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile reach one-year milestone
Serena Pitt took to her main Instagram page to reflect on getting engaged to Joe Amabile a year ago.
Sharing just one photo, Serena posted a black and white picture that captured her and Joe in what appears to be a candid and joyful moment.
In the photo, the two laugh, and Serena wraps her leg over Joe’s as they lean against a desk. Serena wore a white low-cut long sleeve top and ripped jeans while Joe contrasted her in a black long-sleeved sweater and jeans.
Serena kept her caption brief, writing, “A whole year of engagement,” with a white heart emoji and a ring emoji.
Joe and Serena have many friends within Bachelor Nation and several franchise stars commented with love and congratulations under Serena’s post.
Serena’s The Bachelor Season 25 costars and friends, such as Bri Springs, Abigail Heringer, Ryan Marcelle, Catalina Morales, and Rachael Kirkconnell, left comments.
Bri wrote, “Cutiesssss I can’t take it.”
Abigail Heringer, who also found love on Bachelor in Paradise Season 7, wrote, “My favorites.”
Ryan commented, “Congratulations to both of you,” and Rachael, still dating The Bachelor Season 25 lead Matt James, said, “so happy for you guys & your love.”
Catalina wrote, “Congratulations beautiful!”
Other comments included Bachelor Nation’s Raven Nicole Gates, who left red heart emojis.
Joe Amabile hopes for many more years with Serena Pitt
Joe Amabile also took to his main Instagram page to celebrate his and Serena’s milestone.
In Joe’s post, he included three photos, with the first two featuring him and Serena at a bar. The first photo saw Joe and Serena smiling at the camera while locking hands in love sleeve attire.
The second photo was even more affectionate as Joe planted a kiss on Serena’s cheek while she gave a big smile to the camera.
The final image was a candid shot of Serena mid-laugh while wearing a robe.
Joe captioned the post, “One year and plenty more to go,” The post received lots of love from fans rooting for the couple to last and go the distance.
Bachelor in Paradise premieres Tuesday, September 27, on ABC.
