Rob Mariano got voted off Survivor at the last Tribal Council, and on Wednesday night, the other two tribes are shown finding it out for the first time.
In the video shared below, taking place on Day 16 of Survivor: Winners at War, the Dakal and Sele Tribes learn that Rob was sent to Extinction Island.
There were a lot of shocked faces, but there were also some emotions hidden behind those faces.
Sandra Diaz-Twine didn’t seem to hide her excitement very well. Parvati Shallow looked sick at the realization that one of her key allies left in the game had been voted out.
Host Jeff Probst played it up a bit as well, but he wasn’t overstating the fact that this was indeed the biggest reaction to a vote from the Survivor: Winners at War cast this season.
Check out the three tribes arriving at the Immunity Challenge where Jeff Probst was waiting for them:

Six people on Extinction Island now
Rob became the sixth person to get voted out at Tribal Council this season. He joined Amber Mariano, Tyson Apostol, Natalie Anderson, Ethan Zohn, and Danni Boatwright on Extinction Island.
As we previously reported, two new people will be joining them during the March 18 episode. There are going to be two Tribal Councils hosted by Jeff, with two tribes each voting someone off Survivor tonight.
This is a big point of the season because it also hints heavily at the coming merge. Once Extinction Island has eight people, one of them is likely going to get to return to the game.
Which one of these eight people stands the best chance at returning to the game? It could all come down to who uses their Fire Tokens correctly to purchase an advantage for that challenge involving just people on Extinction Island.
Rob Mariano voted out at Tribal Council in a shocking move
For readers who want to re-watch Rob getting voted out of Survivor by the Yara Tribe, that video is shared below.
It depicts the foursome of Ben Driebergen, Adam Klein, Sarah Lucina, and Sophie Clarke, pulling out the rug from underneath him.

From the depiction of Tribal Council that producers revealed, it seemed like Rob was very surprised that he was on the chopping block.
The other castaways did a great job of keeping him in the dark and they ended up blindsiding him with a 4-0 vote.
What happens if the Yara Tribe goes back to Tribal Council on March 18? And who will get voted off Survivor tonight? Make sure to tune in for Episode 6 of Survivor 40.
