Colton Underwood put out a short video of himself with a bunch of colorful phrases around him.
He took to TikTok to create this video, and he then put it onto his Instagram account as well, as he captioned it: “hello tik tok.” Colton seemed to be having a good time as he smiled and nodded his head at the camera while he simultaneously poured himself a generous portion of red wine in a stemmed wine glass.
What are the changes Colton Underwood has made and wants to continue to make?
Around Colton, he had placed random phrases all under his title that he gave the video called “The New S***.” Also, below, he wrote, “life has been different. these things have helped.”
As Colton goes through his day-to-day life now, he would like to make some lifestyle changes as well. Here are the following changes, additions, or deletions that he has come up with moving forward.
Colton would like to get better at “being more consistent with therapy, setting boundaries, letting go of what is out of my control, becoming a better listener, morning routines, daily walks, adding in activities that calm my mind, checking in on my friends, being proactive instead of reactive, making my bed in the morning, getting more sleep, reading a book, and apparently, most importantly, drinking nice wine.”
It sounds as if Colton wants to make these changes to enhance not only his physical activities and health, but also do more for his mind and soul as well.
Colton Underwood’s past in Bachelor Nation
Colton has gone through quite a few lifestyle changes already since Bachelor Nation first met him on Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette, then saw him on Season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise, before he became The Bachelor himself.
As Colton went through his season of The Bachelor, there was a great deal of drama, as the woman he wanted to choose decided to leave the show. Colton then did the infamous wall jumping and camera punch because he was so upset.
In the end, Cassie did end up saying yes to Colton after he sent the other two women home. Cassie accepted the final rose, and Colton decided to move to Los Angeles to be close to Cassie.
However, plot twist… after dating for over a year, the couple called it quits. It then got messy when Cassie went public and talked about it, which made Colton upset. Cassie filed a restraining order on Colton, accusing him of harassment, stalking and putting a tracker on her car. Cassie ultimately dropped the restraining order.
In April 2021, Colton came out publicly as gay and apologized for any grief he had caused Cassie. He now has his own Netflix series, Coming Out Colton, and is living with his boyfriend, Jordan C. Brown.
The Bachelor airs Mondays 8/7c on ABC.
