Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent isn’t ready to let go of her past mistakes with ex-fiance Randall Emmett just yet.
After their disastrous breakup in October 2021, Lala has worked to rebuild her life as a single mom without the comfort of having a partner around.
Their relationship imploded after rumors of infidelity hit the internet. Pictures of the alleged incident surfaced that seemingly showed Randall out for a night on the town with two anonymous women. Lala was at the couple’s home in California expecting their first child together at the time.
Since then, Lala has continued to open up about the experience and has referred to it as a time that “haunts” her.
However, she isn’t able to completely cut Randall out of her life, considering the two currently share custody of their daughter Ocean. But that hasn’t stopped her from having as little communication with him as possible.
Another issue Lala needed to address at the time of their split was the tattoo she had gotten during happier times in their relationship. The tattoo, located on her upper arm, read “Rand” which was a nickname for the film producer.
Instead of having the tattoo completely removed, Lala instead opted to have it altered to read something new. It now says “bRand new.” And not only did the Give Them Lala Beauty founder change the ink on her body but she’s used the update as a slogan for some new merchandise.

Over on her Instagram, Lala shared a series of selfies to promote her newest hoodie designs. The Pump Rules star previously released the same design but has decided to bring it back for her followers once again.
In the selfies, Lala showed off the design that reads “bRand new” right across the center of the chest.
The hoodie comes in several colors including beige, green, and blue.
Lala captioned the post by explaining the latest design to followers who might not know the whole story.
“Your new hoodies are ready,” Lala wrote. “Let me break it down for you. I had a name tattooed on my arm, and changed it to brand new.”
Lala elaborated she used the new slogan to take away power from what the original tattoo represented.
“The point of that was to take the power away from something and give it new power. I didn’t need to cover it completely. It was never powerful enough to do that. But the new me is powerful enough to take away any significance in that name. Brand new, baby,” she concluded.

Lala Kent also found herself on the defensive in recent days. After taking to her Give Them Lala Beauty’s official Instagram page to promote a new lip color, followers seemingly criticized Lala’s looks.
The comments became so severe that the comment section of the post was shut off to avoid further criticism.
Addressing the backlash, Lala took to her Instagram Stories calling out the haters and pointing out they aren’t supermodels themselves.
“I’m being dragged by some of you for this picture,” she wrote. “And, to put it kindly, y’all ain’t lookin like gizelle- so take a seat.”
