Not only is Wells Adams known as a former Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise alum, but he has also officially become Sarah Hyland’s husband.
The Bachelor in Paradise bartender on Seasons 4, 5, 6, and the upcoming Season 8 and his fiancée finally tied the knot this past weekend.
The Modern Family alum and Wells have been waiting for this moment for years.
While they have been together since 2017, the worldwide pandemic dealing with COVID-19 continued to push back their wedding date.
As an immune-compromised individual, Sarah couldn’t chance getting COVID-19, and Wells likely wanted to play it safe, too.
Now their long-awaited day has finally come, and the two can officially call each other husband and wife instead of only dreaming of their big day and new titles.
Wells Adams and Sarah Hyland are newlyweds
The 38-year-old BIP bartender, and his 31-year-old fiancée, were finally able to recite their vows and become husband and wife after a long time of waiting for the opportunity.
After getting engaged in the summer of 2019, they were planning for a summer 2020 wedding.
However, that was delayed multiple times because of the pandemic.
But, yesterday, on August 20, 2022, the duo was finally able to marry one another.
Where was the ceremony and who was in attendance?
According to People, Wells and Sarah had an outdoor ceremony at Sunstone Winery close to Santa Barbara, California.
Their close friends and family were there to celebrate their big day with them, including some of Sarah’s former co-stars from Modern Family. Those in attendance from the show were Sofia Vergara and her son, Manolo Vergara, Julie Bowen, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson who brought his husband, Justin Mikita.
While the twosome has not posted any photos and/or videos of their special day together yet, Sofia Vergara and the other co-stars did post some pictures from the couple’s photo booth and tagged it as “@sarahandwells wedding [four red hearts].”
Bachelor Nation fans cannot wait to see photos from Wells and Sarah’s wedding day and are anxiously awaiting them to post on their Instagram accounts.
As Bachelor in Paradise is set to air in just over a month, fans will be seeing much more of Wells as he returns as the BIP Season 8 bartender again, despite some alums wanting to see him as the host.
Bachelor in Paradise premieres Tuesday, September 27th, on ABC.
