Lincoln from The Bachelorette won the challenge on the group date
Lincoln stood out on the second episode of The Bachelorette because he won the challenge on the group date, resulting in him getting a photo of himself and Becca Kufrin as a supposed married couple.
When he got the photo he kept putting it in front of the other guys, flaunting his win. Lincoln was clearly trying to taunt the others, and Connor ended up losing control — tossing the photo in the pool. However, Becca just seemed confused about his actions when he was trying to explain himself.
Throughout the episode, Lincoln started getting a bad reputation but Becca didn’t see it. When she confronted Connor about the incident, he tried to talk about it to give Becca his side of the story.
While Becca likes Lincoln, it sounds like The Bachelorette fans want to know more about him. Is he indeed as fake and odd as some of the guys believe?
On ABC’s website, producers reveal that Lincoln is originally from Nigeria. This is why he has an accent that clearly stands out on the show. However, he lived in Boston as a teenager and attended college in Kentucky. But he didn’t stay there to live and moved to Santa Monica to fulfill his dream of living in California.
Even though he’s staying fit and focusing on himself, Lincoln has been unable to find love. It’s clear that he adores Becca and even joked about Becca being his future wife after their first group date. He has revealed that he would love a big family to make his mom proud. Maybe he can win her over by revealing that he was actually named after Abraham Lincoln!
