Many Love & Hip Hop fans are still trying to wrap their heads around Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena’s engagement. Now we’re learning that the new couple may be getting married on TV, or at least live online.
Just days after learning that Safaree popped the question, TMZ reports that the reality TV couple (who has not been on TV together yet) has been offered a whopping $350,000 to live stream their wedding.
It’s not clear yet when Erica and Safaree plan to get hitched but they have shared with Love & Hip Hop fans that they have set a date. To make this engagement even sweeter, Safaree revealed recently that he asked permission to marry Erica from both her mother and her son.

So far, Erica and Safaree haven’t reportedly accepted the offer to live stream their wedding. Safaree’s rep says they are still firming up the details of the ceremony first. It’s also a safe bet that the pair is waiting to hear from VH1 and see if they get any other offers before signing on the dotted line.
According to reports, Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels are leaning toward a live-streamed wedding over a televised one so that their large followings will be able to watch and comment.
It sounds like the event will be made public no matter what though. With how quickly Erica and Safaree coupled up and got engaged, it’s hard not to wonder if this is all for headlines or if this is real love. We’re hoping for the latter.
