General Hospital spoilers for next week’s episodes of ABC’s soap promise that all of your favorite characters are front and center, with the serial killer storyline placing the heat on Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) while the Oscar (Garren Stitt) storyline is causing a fire sale on tissues.
The melodrama surrounding Oscar continues. In a tearjerker episode that aired this week viewers learned that Oscar’s experimental brain tumor treatment was a failure. Of course there is always a miracle cure to hope for, but the way this storyline is playing out it appears that Oscar will eventually succumb to his fate. In fact, some fans have compared Oscar and Joss’s (Eden McCoy) tragic love story to that of Robin and Stone’s.
Next week Joss and Cam (William Lipton) will share a moment as they come together over their friend.
Will Carly (Laura Wright) be Ryan’s next victim? Spoilers reveal that next week the crafty killer takes time to add someone’s name to his shopping list. And, on Friday’s cliffhanger, Ryan will go out of his way to meet up with the blonde bombshell.
But in the meantime Carly has reason to feel on edge; is her Spidey sense kicking in? Maybe some of Laura’s (Genie Francis) good luck will rub off on her now that she’s the new mayor!
Meanwhile Sonny (Maurice Benard) is conflicted as Mike’s (Max Gail) condition takes a dive. Later in the week he will try to find solace and answers by visiting Morgan’s grave. Will he have an unpleasant encounter with someone he didn’t expect would be there?
Elsewhere Jason (Steve Burton) will continue to try and get the goods on Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and he takes the time to warn Drew (Billy Miller) about the interloper.
Speaking of Shiloh, Sam (Kelly Monaco) gets an unexpected surprise next week, will it have anything to do with the mysterious stranger?
And, three heads are better than one, or so they say. Which is why Scott (Kin Shriner), Monica (Leslie Charleson) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) come together to have a confab about a very special topic.
