There is a lot to cover in this Survivor recap from Wednesday night, as two castaways were sent to the jury by the end of the episode. Season 39, Episode 10 was called Two for the Price of One and it was an apt title for the show.
A lot happened last week on the show, including two episodes being shown by CBS. That led to two Tribal Councils and two people getting sent to the jury. There was also a lot of additional drama in the show in regard to unwanted touching.
The end result of last week’s episodes was that Kellee Kim and Jamal Shipman were eliminated from the show. They aren’t in the running for the $1 million prize and that left just 11 people still competing to become the Season 39 winner.
When the episode on Wednesday night picked up, they were still dealing with a bit of the fallout.
Survivor recap: Season 39, Episode 10
Janet Carbin was still reeling from what had happened during the previous episodes. Janet had tried to help Missy Byrd and Elizabeth Beisel when the women tried to convince everyone that Dan Spilo had touched them inappropriately.
When it was revealed that they had lied to her to get ahead in the game, Janet wanted to quit.

At camp, Karishma Patel knew she was at risk of getting eliminated next, but she may have saved herself by finding the Hidden Immunity Idol. Would Karishma become the latest person to not use the Idol on the same day they got sent home this season?
Top 11 Immunity Challenge
The event was done a bit differently. Host Jeff Probst let them separate into two groups. Each group would be competing for their own Immunity. Each group would also go to their own Tribal Council. It raised the stakes for everyone.
That wasn’t all, as the overall last person standing would win a reward (peanut butter and jelly sandwiches) for their entire group. This made it even more interesting for the viewers.
Elaine, Elizabeth, Karishma, Missy, and Tommy were in one group. The other group was Aaron, Dan, Dean, Janet, Lauren, and Noura.
Noura Salman won her side’s Immunity. But she dropped right after that, giving the other side the reward. Then, Elaine Stotts won the Immunity from her side.

Tribal Councils
The two groups had separate Tribal Councils, making it really interesting that Noura and Elaine were automatically safe from going home.
At the first Tribal Council, it was Aaron Meredith was voted out 5-1 over Janet.
At the second Tribal Council, Missy Byrd was voted out by a 3-2 vote over Tommy Sheehan.
