The first season of On My Block made Netflix’s list of most-binged TV shows of 2018, so it comes as no surprise that fans are demanding the second season of the popular coming of age drama.
Netflix renewed On My Block for Season 2 last year following a cliffhanger ending in the first season.

Netflix renewed On My Block Season 2 about a month after the first season premiered, which is a strong indicator of the expected release date.
The cast of On My Block revealed that they began filming the second season in September and production wrapped in early December.
Early indicators suggest that Season 2 of On My Block will fall into the Netflix Spring schedule and get a March release date. However, Netflix has not yet officially confirmed the release date for Season 2.

Jason Genao, who plays Ruby on the Netflix hit series, hasn’t been spotted filming. The character’s fate is one of the biggest cliffhangers going into the second season. On My Block Season 2 will feature 10 episodes and will likely premiere in March 2019.
The series has been a commercial and critical success for Netflix.
It follows high school students Monse, Cesar, Ruby, and Jamal, who are growing up in a rough neighborhood in Los Angeles. The series is created by Awkward showrunner Lauren Lungerich along with Eddie Gonzalez and Jeremy Haft. All ten episodes of On My Block Season 1 are currently streaming on Netflix
