La’Britney Franklin joined Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood in Season 5 determined to make it big in California.
She’s a local star back in Detroit but she was looking to make it even bigger. La’Britney isn’t just doing this for herself, after all. She’s doing it for her two sons.
In her LHHH intro video, La’Britney calls herself a singer, songwriter and a dancer. Will this triple threat make it big in Hollywood?
While she doesn’t often share photos of her sons on social media, La’Britney made an exception and shared a selfie from their scene on Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. She was excited to have her kids in town. While she was staying in Hollywood, the boys were being cared for by her sister.
So when La’Britney told them she needed to spend more time in LA, they weren’t too happy about it. Well, not until she proposed that they come to live there too.
Alontae was reserved about a possible move but Russell was really excited about the prospect of living in California. As La’Britney explained, they would have a lot more opportunities in Southern California than they would back home in Detroit.
After all, La’Britney has been grinding back in Detroit for quite some time now and while she’s found a little bit of fame, those who have seen her on the VH1 series know that she could go even further.
La’Britney was reportedly born on June 11, 1988, making her 30 years old at the time of writing and, having become a mother at just 14 years old and spending several years in the music industry, it’s time for her to make this move.
Back home in Detroit, La’Britney has built a fanbase called La’Nation. Her newest songs are Eat and Actin’ Funny featuring Kashdoll (who was featured last season on Love & Hip Hop: New York).
La’Britney clearly has connections and friends in the music industry. When she first hit Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, there were rumors that she was trying to slide into A1’s DMs. Things went even further when Moniece claimed that she also heard that the two were sleeping together.
We have to wonder if anything was ever going on between La’Britney and A1 or if she just wanted his help with her music.
The Booty Drop singer was spotted at RHOA star Kandi Burruss’ dungeon party earlier this month and was even photographed with Kandi, Todd and Teairra Mari.
